What happens if I receive the wrong product?

Sometimes mistakes happen, we will do our best to correct it. If you receive an item in the wrong color or size please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package and we will fix it for you if it still has the tag on it!

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. However, sometimes backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. Preorders take longer to ship as these have to be shipped from our offshore factory to our distribution center first.

How do I know which product is a preorder?

Products that are preorders will have it stated in the product description. These orders will take longer to ship than regular orders. All other products that are in stock are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks!
